Consistent care can only be maintained by consistent, reliable, qualified staff. Staff hold relevant qualifications and we have an ongoing commitment to staff training.

Our ratio of staff to children exceeds OFSTED's requirements, therefore allowing the children in our care, time and attention they individually require. We have a cook, maintenance man and cleaner amongst our staff, allowing nursey staff to concentrate on the care of the children.
